If they do not have access to a credit card, or are unwilling to provide their credit card information, they can go to http://www.livejournal.com/agecheck/altform.bml and follow the instructions. They will be prompted to print the page, and can then mail or fax us a copy of the page, along with a photocopy of a government-issued ID such as their driver's license or passport. Alternately, they can scan these documents and send them to coppa@livejournal.com. Please advise them to only send a copy of the identification, not the original. Once we receive this form, we ask that they give us several days to process it and remove the underage status from their account.

Заполнить форму вот тут: http://www.livejournal.com/agecheck/altform.bml, распечатать, подписаться и послать факсом, туда же, факсом - копию своего паспорта. Вместо факса можно эту форму отсканировать <я расписываюсь прямо в фотошопе, чтоб не распечатывать/сканировать - МД> и послать е-мэйлом вместе со сканом же паспорта, по адресу coppa@livejournal.com Через несколько дней всё разморозят.
